The Greater Bridgeport St. Patrick’s Day Celebration Committee is thrilled to announce the launch of the 2025 Mr. and Miss Shamrock Scholarship Program in conjunction with our cherished annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Celebration. We warmly invite all eligible applicants to take part in this exceptional opportunity.
The winners will receive a $5,000 scholarship award for future educational endeavors. Runners-up will also be selected for Mr. and Miss Shamrock. Each runner-up will receive a $2,500 monetary scholarship award and participate in all the events with Mr. and Miss Shamrock throughout 2025. Winners must attend the Grand Marshall Gala on January 18, 2025, The Greater Bridgeport St. Patrick’s Day Parade on March 14, 2025, as well as a few other events whose dates are to be determined. The scholarship program interviews are scheduled to take place in early January. We strongly urge all eligible High School Seniors to complete the application and submit it via email by Sunday, December 15, 2024. Please note that this opportunity is exclusively available to High School Seniors.
